Solution 2. you can also insert your SIM card into another phone(that can access Internet normally) to get the APN parameters. You can check in phone:Settings – Network & Internet – Mobile network – Access Point Names (APN) -Click the mobile card -Copy all the APN parameter

Plug in the SIM card to UMIDIGI A13 Pro 5G – Settings – Network & Internet – Mobile network – Access Point Names (APN) – Click Plus on the upper right corner – Add the correct APN parameters.
